We have created the TAVS Program (Training, Access, Verification & Support) with the intent of helping 100,000 Veterans, First Responders, and their families, find full-time employment in the IT and telecommunications industry.  As part of that initiative, we are offering a free curriculum consisting of forum discussions with industry professionals, product trainings, social media and individual brand building guidance, followed by resume and interviewing instruction.  For those who are specifically interested in sales or sales engineering the program includes an optional sales performance verification component.  Sales performance verification gives the participant exposure to sales forecasting, sales meetings, and the fundamentals of sales basics in a real-life setting.  Completion of the sales performance verification will demonstrate to potential employers the participants tenacity, resilience, and aptitude for sales.  For prospective employers this will greatly reduce the risk of making a bad hiring decision thereby increasing the odds of a full-time employment offer for our participants.  Following completion of our program participants will have access to a private social network, maintain access to our employment placement professionals, and may receive qualified leads once placed in a full-time sales position.
